Killian Management Group is a family-operated company running construction, telecom, retail, technology, and HR ventures under one name — with DirttBoyz putting the work on camera.
The story
Builders first. Everything else second.
KMG started as a passion for building and sharing. What began with a family that liked making things — and showing people how they’re made — grew into a portfolio of ventures, each run with the same standard: do the work properly, and don’t pretend otherwise.
The experience behind it is broad on purpose. Between us there’s retail operations, HR leadership in healthcare and distribution, telecommunications infrastructure, and construction management — plus more than 25 years of hands-on technology work, from building machines to building an audience.
Today, KMG is the public face of that family of ventures: the DirttBoyz channel documenting excavation and heavy-equipment work, a gear list of tools we actually run, and the day-to-day projects that keep the equipment dirty.
The promise is simple. If the Killian name is on it, we’ve run it, tested it, or built it ourselves. No borrowed opinions, no trade-show hype — just what holds up in Indiana clay.
